Where do we train?

1:1 in-person sessions at TG Mesa.

What if I'm new?

The answer is great. Starting from zero is one of the best places to build from — you'll learn things the right way the first time, with a professional in your corner from day one.

What if I have a current or past injury or medical condition?

Your trainer is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over a decade of experience using exercise to reduce and eliminate pain and support overall health & wellness.

When will I see results?

This depends on your goals and current level of health & fitness. Most clients start feeling less pain and more energy within a matter of weeks. Long-term changes take long-term training.

Can I cancel anytime?

All training agreements have a 3-month minimum commitment. Your body takes time to adapt and change — we don't want you to quit right before the magic happens.
