Part Two / Training for Trainers

Learn.
Grow your practice.

Exercise is Medicine. Learn the true meaning of that mantra and how to apply it to your practice — so you can solve harder problems, serve more clients, and build a career that lasts.

01 Train . 02 Learn . 03 Listen .
What you'll walk away with

Three outcomes. One mentorship.

01 — Solve

Complex client problems

Confidently work with clients who have pain, injury history, or chronic conditions — the ones other trainers turn away.

  • Movement assessment frameworks
  • Pain-informed programming
  • When to refer, when to train
02 — Impact

Increase your impact

Deliver results that change lives, not just bodies. Build the kind of client transformations that fill your roster through word of mouth.

  • Outcome-driven program design
  • Coaching the whole human
  • Client retention & results
03 — Income

Accelerate your income

Charge what your expertise is worth. Build offers, raise your rates, and turn one-off sessions into long-term coaching relationships.

  • Pricing & positioning
  • High-ticket offer design
  • Build a referral engine
This is the education I wish I'd had ten years ago. I now work with the clients I used to refer out — and I'm getting better results doing it.

Who this is for

Built for working trainers.

Newer trainers

You're 2–5 years in.

  • You've outgrown the certification body's playbook and you're hungry for deeper, evidence-based education.
  • You want to stop guessing when a client says "my back hurts" and start having a real answer.
  • You're tired of trading hours for dollars and you want to build something durable.
  • You want a mentor who's actually still in the trenches, not a guru selling courses.

Veteran trainers

You're established — now what?

  • You've got a full book of clients but you've plateaued professionally and you know it.
  • You want to add specialty skills (clinical populations, rehab-to-performance) to your toolkit.
  • You're ready to raise rates, build a course, or open a second location and need a sounding board.
  • You want to be the trainer other trainers refer their hardest clients to.

How the mentorship works

A clear path forward.

01

Assess your practice

We start with a strategy call. Where you are professionally, where the gaps are, and what's been blocking your next level of growth.

02

Build the blueprint

Together we map a 90-day plan covering skill gaps, client problems, business positioning, and the systems you need to scale.

03

Execute with support

Weekly calls, case reviews, and direct access between sessions. You're never stuck guessing — and your practice grows on the timeline you set.

Common questions

Before you apply.

How is this different from a typical CEU course?

Most continuing education is information delivery. Mentorship is implementation. You bring real clients and real questions, we work through them together, and you walk away with skills you can use Monday morning — not just hours toward your renewal.

What's the time commitment?

A weekly 1-on-1 call (60 minutes), plus the time you put into applying what we discuss with your own clients. Most mentees commit to 3–6 months at a minimum to see meaningful change in their practice.

Do I need to be a certified trainer or therapist?

Yes — this mentorship is for working trainers, coaches, and movement professionals. If you're brand new to the industry, our self-paced courses are a better starting point.

How much does it cost?

Mentorship pricing is set during your strategy call based on scope and length. We're transparent about it — and clear that the goal is for the investment to pay itself back several times over within the first year.

Ready to level up

Build a practice that lasts.

Whether you're 2 years in or 20, the right mentorship changes the trajectory of your career. Apply for a strategy call — no pressure, no pitch, just clarity on whether we're the right fit.
